Isle of Wight Festival have announced that Florence and The Machine will be joining the line-up for 2010 alongside La Roux, N-Dubz and The Hold Steady.  Florence and The Machine will be on the Main Stage on Friday ahead of Jay-Z.  See also: the line-up so far.

Music fans cling to CDs, but discover music online- I’m not surprised with this news, really.  CDs are tangible items whereby if anything goes wrong (hard disk failure, etc), you have hard copies available to ‘resurrect’ your valuable collection.  Via Ars Technica.
